I knew that I wanted to work in a field that I would be respected and valued for the work I do and that’s why I chose to become a nurse technician. Before coming to Bailey, I worked at a large metropolitan hospital. What appealed to me most about coming here was the fact that I didn’t have to drive all the way to Tulsa and back every day. What I love most about working at Bailey is the fact that everyone is so friendly.
I feel like I am rewarded for the job that I do. My supervisor is extremely flexible and works with me to ensure I have a schedule that fits my needs. This is just one of the many reasons I am very proud to be a part of the staff at Bailey Medical Center.
