I knew from a very early age I wanted to be a nurse. My grandmother used to tell me I had a special knack for knowing individuals’ needs and working diligently to fulfill them. I enjoy the personal touch of nursing but what really fascinated me was the innermost workings of the human body. I love learning new ways of healing people.
Bailey Medical Center has offered me a warm environment of care. The people are so friendly and I feel like I am able to dedicate more time to actual patient care because of the nurse to patient ratio. There are definitely perks to working at a smaller hospital. I would recommend working at Bailey Medical Center to anyone because of the personal touch each employee feels as a result from the caring managers.
