I have always had a passion for caring for those who cannot care for themselves. I enjoy nurturing people and helping to make them healthier and I feel as if I have been a nurse all my life – even when I was a small child.
I chose to work at Bailey Medical Center because of the outstanding bariatric program. I drive past four hospitals every day just so I can come here to be around my true passion – bariatric patients. I also love it here because we are a big family. The people I work with are amazing and I feel a great since of loyalty to Bailey because of the people I work with. At a smaller hospital, I am able to be more multifaceted in the duties I perform. I am given the freedom I need to grow professionally.
