Bailey Medical Center is a wonderful workplace. I originally wanted to work in Owasso so that I wouldn’t have to drive to Tulsa to get to work everyday. It was close, convenient and I wanted to work for a beautiful new facility. Owasso is just a really friendly community in general. You know you are somewhere special when everyone smiles all the time when you come into contact with them.
I absolutely love what I do. I began working in the health field years ago as a nurse aid and eventually became a unit secretary. I decided my true home was in the emergency department when I came to Bailey though. The night shift is especially rewarding for me because of the people I come into contact with. I like being the first contact person for those in need of medical care.
The patients and their families are wonderful but I can’t say enough about the doctors and nursing staff here. I recommend Bailey Medical Center to anyone considering employment because of the warm and friendly ambiance.
